In general, it is highly encouraged that additional participants are present during the training, as this helps ensure a safer and more confident use of the device in the home environment. Caregivers and family members often play a critical role in supporting daily use, reinforcing instructions, and reducing the risk of misuse or confusion after the visit.

All training data is systematically documented within Periscope platform and stored in a secure, centralized record. Each session generates a detailed log that includes date, participants, topics covered, and outcomes, ensuring full traceability.
